Every Thursday in August, brand ambassador Simon is behind the bar from 11pm until last call, pouring and discussing luxury heaters from the Diageo portfolio. Expect cocktail specials, spirit samples, and a chance to pick the brain of one of the industry's most learned experts. Walk-ins only.
